This is a street in Dubai in the early ages. Not a thing you would expect from a country like Dubai! However, it changes across time...

With all the 15 % to 25% value of the world's crates, and all that building, Dubai makes it up to
all this, last year. And yeah, it's the same street you see above.
So let's look at some stunning features in Dubai . As watching through the post, you will notice it would sure be something you had never seen before.
This is a Dubai waterfront. When it's completed, it would be the largest waterfront development - in the world. *(Waterfront : A land on the edge of the body of a water. )
Dubai has made fast developments, as you can see in the picture below. All of that was built in 5 years : can you believe that ? All in just 5 years! (including the palm tree looking like islands)
This is the palm trees islands in Dubai : its artificial islands, obviously. The New Dutch technology, was used to make these enormous man made islands. These can even be shown in Space , and they are the largest artificial islands. Upon completion, the resort will have 2,000 villas, 40 luxury hotels, shopping centers, movie theaters, and many other facilities. It is expected to support a population of approximately 500,000 people. It is advertised as being visible from the moon.
So you might think : what's next ? Well, there's more, and this one's a mini - size of the world!
The world islands : 300 artificial islands in the size and shape of the world! Fascinating, isn't it ? Each islands is told to be worth of estimated cost of 25- 30 million dollars. Dubai also has some ammmmazing hotels :
The Burj al-Arab hotel in Dubai:it's a only 7 stared hotel and the tallest one , and the most luxurious hotel in the world! This also stands on Considered the only ’7 star’ hotel and the most luxurious hotel in the world. It stands on an artificial island in the sea.)
It's not only the on ground hotels you have it Dubai.. Hydropolis is the world's first underground hotel. Entirely was built in Germany, and it was assembled in Dubai. It is scheduled to finish in 2009, with many delays.. Imagine all the amazing views you might be able to see under waters! 
The Burj Dubai, is the tallest tower, finished in 2008, with over estimated 800 meters of height ! More than 140 stories built, it is the tallest tower, yes, as I said before, and the tallest man made structure !
Not only that, there is also another tower to steal the burj's tallest tower name, also in Dubai.
This would be the centerpiece of the Dubai water front. This was announced to be built in the height of 1200 meters. (picture below )

If the Dubai is all this, without this, it would be incomplete - the Dubai land, is the twice the size of disney land, and is the largest amusement park in the world! Now how's that ?
There is also this Dubai Sports city, a HUGE sport arenas in Dubai land.
Not only that, Dubai is also building a space - port, for space traveling. This would be the first spaceport in the world.

So How was Dubai ? Isn't it something that makes you just say 'ahhh' and 'oohs' ? A city you would die for? Haha, Here's some other astonishing facts:
* The Dubai World Central International Airport will become the largest airport in size when it is completed. It will also eventually become the busiest airport in the world, based on passenger volume.
* There are more construction workers in Dubai than there are actual citizens.
